Glaucoma gives no warning
We asked our doctor to explain why eye pressure is so important.
Dr. Branislav Tomašević says:
“High eye pressure is often the first sign of glaucoma — a disease that doesn’t hurt, but slowly steals your vision.
Once vision is lost, it cannot be restored.
That’s why it’s important to act in time — treatment with eye drops is simple if the disease is detected while vision is still preserved.”
Don’t wait to notice a problem — an eye exam can save your sight.

How to Properly Insert Contact Lenses – Step by Step
1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, then dry them with a clean towel. Clean hands are the most important step!
2. Check the lens. Place it on the tip of your finger and look at the edges: if they are nicely rounded, it’s ready to use. If the edges flare outward — the lens is inside out.
3. Place the lens on the tip of your index finger. With your other hand, lift your upper eyelid, and use the middle finger of the same hand holding the lens to pull down the lower eyelid.
4. Look straight into the mirror and gently place the lens on the center of your eye.
5. Blink several times to help the lens settle into place. If you feel burning or blurred vision — remove it, rinse with solution, and try again.
